With hundreds of products and new ones added weekly, our collection of custom favors and gifts is available only on the Internet. Please bookmark our site to return often to view new products and inspirational ideas. Delivery Time Most orders ship (if in stock) within approximately 3 business days from when the order is placed. Any exceptions to this will be listed on each individual product page. If the item is out of stock, and may need additional time, you will be notified. Custom orders may require additional time, which is specified on each individual product page. Shipping and Fulfillment weddingFAVORites.com ships via UPS Ground, Second Day, 3 Day Select and Next Day air unless otherwise specified. Shipping costs will be calculated at the time of checkout. Please note that although most of our products ship out within a few days, some of our products take longer than others to ship due to the fact that they are handmade, personalized, or require additional time for processing. It is for this reason that we have an "Availability" estimate listed on every individual product web page, which is the time it takes for us to process a customized or handmade product. A good estimate of the time it will take for you to receive your order would be to add this processing (availability) time to the Shipping Method (UPS Ground, 3 Day, 2nd Day, Next Day) time you had chosen when you place your order. For instance, let's say you placed an order for UPS 2nd Day Air delivery and you ordered a product that is listed as takeing "approximately 2-3 business days" (M-F) to process. Your order would then arrive in approximately 4-5 business days. Although much of the time we do send out orders earlier than this, it is a good conservative estimate to assume that your products will arrive in this timeframe. We understand that you are anxious to receive your favors, as we are equally anxious to deliver them to. We appreciate your patience and your business. Minimum Order Requirement In order to fulfill our customers' requests, we require a minimum order of $29.00. Samples We understand that you may want to view a sample before committing to a large quantity. Unfortunately, our shopping cart will require a minimum order requirement of $29.00. If you would like to know if a sample may be purchased for the item you are interested in, please email samples@weddingfavorites.com (please include your name, address, and telephone number). Return/Exchange Policy At weddingFAVORites.com, we stand by the quality of our work. If after receiving your order, you find defects in the materials or final products, you may return it in its new condition and original packaging for an exchange only. Understandably, most of our orders are made to order and cannot be returned for a refund. Cancellations must be made within 24 hours after it is received by weddingFAVORites.com. Many times we ship orders so quickly (within a day) that it is not possible to cancel your order. In such a case, you will have to return your order to us following our return policy and procedure. It is in our customers' interest that we ship our items as fast as we do. All claims for shortages must be made within
7 days of receipt of goods. Requests for exchanges must be reported
within 3 days after delivery and must be authorized by personnel

No unauthorized returns will be accepted . Please be advised that shipping charges, special orders, food items, personalized items, and perishable products (chocolates, almonds, etc.) are non-refundable. Additionally, a 20% restocking fee will be assessed on authorized returns and shipping charges are non-refundable. We reserve the right to refuse returns that are not sent back within 2 weeks of authorization. Absolutely no refunds or exchanges will be given after 30 days of receipt of goods.
