If your order had not shipped yet, the order
will indicate that it is still "Processing". Please
be patient, most orders ship (if in stock) within 3 business
days from when the order is placed. Any exceptions to this will
be listed on each individual product page. If the item is out of
stock, and may need additional time, we will do our best to notify
you. Custom orders, personalized items, and certain other items
may require additional time, which is specified on each individual
product page.
Shipping time is separate from the processing
time that is listed on each product page. 'Ship Date' depends upon
availability of product. For example, a 'Next Day Air' package will
arrive the business day after the Ship Date, not the day after the
day of your order. Most orders will ship within the timeframe suggested
on the product page itself.
We try our best to get your orders out to you
as quickly as possible. If you are still unsure of the status of
your package, you may email requests to support@weddingfavorites.com.
Please include your order #, name, and telephone number in your
email.
